Why book a Painting Party?

Private Parties may be scheduled Monday-Saturday 10:00AM-10:00 PM Sunday Party times are 1:00-7:00 pm.  Friday, Saturday and Sunday party minimum is 12 paid participants. All other party times require a minimum of 10 paid participants.

Why book a party?

  • You choose from any of 12,000+ paintings (2- 3 hour classes)
  • You have a private party room and your own artist-instructor.
  • No set up, no clean up - just show up!! ...although you may decorate if desired.
  • Price depends on the time frame you prefer. $40 for a 2 hr session - $50 for a 3 hr session. 
  • The room is yours 30 minutes before class to set up and socialize!
  • You may purchase additional time if desired to extend the fun, our party rooms are available for rental....$50 per half hour. (Rental is only available as part of a scheduled party).

What kind of parties do you host?

Any reason Or no reason at all! We are a fun time out for adults AND you take home a memory!

7 days of the week (subject to artist availability) 

How do I reserve a spot for my party?

Plese give us a call 850-471-1450 during studio office hours (1:00 - 6:00 pm Tuesday - Saturday)

How do I pay for my party?

Charges are $40/person for a 2-hour party or $50/person for a 3-hour party. The room is yours 30 minutes before to decorate and celebrate! Additional time is available for $100 per hour. The party spokesperson will reserve the desired day & time with a credit card. There is a ten (10) person minimum for WEEKNGHT AND DAYTIME PARTIES.  Friday, Saturday and Sunday events require a 12 person minimum. Individuals can pay the organizer, who then pays in one lump sum prior to the party, or choose a password and we can set it up on our website calendar for each person to pay individually. Only the people in your group will be able to register for the class. When booking your event, the credit card that secures the date and time will be charged for 2 seats.  These two seats are the hostess and one other guest seat.  This 2 seat deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned in the event of cancellation. 

How much in advance do I need to schedule my party? 

The sooner, the better! Weekend timeslots book several weeks in advance. Currently, we are booking through the end of 2021. 

How do I know which painting I can choose for my party?

You may choose from any of our 12,000+ paintings! Once you know the day and time desired, call us to reserve your party. When the day and time are secured we send our online library of paintings so that you may view our painting library and choose your featured paintings. 

Do you offer any discounts on parties?

Thank you for asking, but we don't. We work hard to provide the best experience possible. Our parties receive the same supplies and customer service that our open classes receive. All materials and artists are also the same. And the room is yours 30 minutes before the painting session free of charge.

Are non painting guests allowed?

We love to share the Painting with a Twist experience with as many people as possible, but due to seating limitations, we require all people that attend your event be registered painters.  Please think of us the same way you think of a movie theater, concert event or sporting event.     Everyone that attends is required to purchase a seat.

Do you host children's parties?

Effective May 1, 2021 we are no longer hosting individual children parties.  We will host a school or team event.  Due to the demand for adult events, we have found it necessary to make this decision.   We will be hosting periodic Family Days for ages 8 and up to give you a chance to share the painting experience with your kiddos.   Please look for these on our website calendar.
