Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are given a store credit, refund, or the option to move your reservation to another date, if available. No refunds are given with less than 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 1 hour or less of the class start time will only receive a complimentary guest voucher worth 50% of the original payment, valid for 60 days.

Is there an age limit for classes?
Evening classes are for adults only (ages 18+) and are BYOB. Children's classes are designed for guests ages 6 and older, with only kid-friendly drinks and snacks allowed.

Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes. Due to limited space, each guest must make a reservation online before class. We can't accommodate non-painters or seat-sharing for a single canvas.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes! Feel free to bring snacks and beverages. We provide paper goods and sanitized ice buckets, but you'll need to bring your own ice.

Do you offer walk-in or self-guided painting?
Yes! We offer Pop In and Paint hours Wednesday through Saturday — a DIY, self-guided painting experience with materials, printed instructions, and, if applicable, an example painting and stencil.
