Painting with a Twist is a fun art studio for anyone interested in painting! In our classes we use acrylic paints on many different surfaces and teach the class step by step through the specific painting of the night. More complicated paintings are either sketched or stencils are provided. Most of our guests have no painting experience. At the end of your class, you will get to take home your own creation that you will be proud of!

We hold classes at specific times and those are the only times guests can come in and paint. To join a class, please view our calendar, select a painting you like and register online. Pre-registration is required for all classes.

Two hour classes are offered for $39 and three hour classes for $45. Select Family Friendly and Seniors classes offered for $29.

Yes, if there are a few damp places we will have hair dryers which will dry them quickly.

Fifteen to thirty minutes would be plenty of lead time.

Since the State of Indiana does not allow BYOB, you cannot bring in your own alcohol. We will be happy to serve Wine, Beer ($4 a drink) or Mimosas, Margaritas ($5 a drink).

Yes, feel free to bring in a snack and non alcoholic beverage, you just cannot get the Booze as Indiana is not a BYOB State.

What ever is comfortable and you don't mind if a little paint gets on it. We will have aprons for you which we recommend you to wear.

We do require reservations with payment to secure seats and we require a 24 hour cancellation. No calls/no shows will not be issued store credits. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class. (Please Text us at 812-437-7788).

Yes, we need a min of 6 for a private event. You get to choose your Date, Time and Painting. We can accommodate up to 32 people in our bigger room. Our smaller room can seat 16 people. Call us or text "PARTY" to our studio number 812-437-7788! We look forward to hosting you and your friends!

Depends on the event. For several events you can choose your surface and canvas size. We use a 16 x 20 inch canvas.

We do not have any age limits as such. If you want to bring younger kids, remember that we will be serving alcohol to our guests around you. We recommend age 6 and older for Family Day or afternoon classes. For Kids Parties ages 6-12. Please note that it is the law that you have to be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.

Refund or store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. "No shows" will not be issued store credits. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class. (Please leave a voice message if calling after hours, 812-437-7788). You can, but we cannot guarantee you a seat as we make sure our prepaid guests gets accommodated first. Additionally, when we have a big class, it takes a lot of preparation time. We want to make sure we are adequately prepared before class starts to provide the best experience possible.

Yes, we do. We do have a minimum headcount of 16 confirmed and paid seats are required, but please call us for more detail. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.

With the upcoming weather, we have had a lot of questions on our weather policy. We will make a decision on a class 6 hours before the class and post status on Facebook. Regardless of if we cancel a class or you cannot make it, we will give out a Store Credit that will allow you to come to another class with better weather. These Store Credits do not expire. Your Safety is important to us, we can always Paint another day.
