FAQ Walk ins and Reservations

Reservations and Walk ins.

This post is a quick FAQ Q&A

to help get some answers out there to those of you who have thought about calling for this quick information.

FAQ #1 “Where can I make my reservations?”

- reservations can be made on our website, Go to

https://www.paintingwithatwist.com/studio/texarkana/calendar/

Once you click on an event, a reservation button can be seen beneath each thumbnail of the artwork.

find the event you would like to attend, hit the + button and click “book now” you will then receive a confirmation email.

FAQ #2 “Do you accept walk-ins?/ Can I pay at the door?”

- We would be happy to service anyone who is interested in coming to paint with us! But, walk-ins are

hit-or-miss and so, only recommended for our “Open Studio” sessions.

We have classes scheduled all day, and sometimes in this small town those classes do not gain any interest. If an event does not have any reservations then there is no use in the instructor coming into work.

That is why it is very important that reservations are made on our website. Doing so ensures that the instructor will be there for the scheduled class, and also lets them know how many easels to set up and pre sketches to draw out.

FAQ #3 “I can’t pay online! ... How can I pay at the door?”

Not a problem! On our website, on the event you would like to join, find the artists’ name who is scheduled to instruct.

Click their name! This will take you to our artist’s page.

https://www.paintingwithatwist.com/studio/texarkana/artists/

From here you can locate their phone number, then shoot them a quick text or ring and let them know you would like to come to their event!
