So what kind of parties do you book?

We reserve for all kinds of parties and get togethers! If you can think of a reason to get with your friends and paint, that is a reason enough for a private party! But just in case you need a little help, here are some ideas:

The list goes on! If you can think it up, we’ve probably done it! Our Hostesses are pretty creative in thinking up reasons to paint and sip!

Adult Package 1 - $304.00 – Ages 13 and up (see Additional Adult Party Details)

  • 2.5 hour party (including 2 hours of painting and 30 minutes of personal time for your cake, snacks, gifts, etc.)
  • Selection of a $38 painting. All art supplies included.
  • Includes a minimum of 8 painters @ $38/painter. Hosts Gift - with 10 or more painters get a FREE seat to a Public Class.
  • $38 for each additional painter
  • Hosts can email invitations
  • Hosts can arrive 30 minutes prior to the party for setup.

Adult Package 2 - $360.00 – Ages 13 and up (see Additional Adult Party Details)

  • 3.5 hour party (including 3 hours of painting and 30 minutes of personal time for your cake, snacks, gifts, etc.)
  • Selection of a $45 painting. All art supplies included.
  • Includes a minimum of 8 painters @ $45/painter. Hosts Gift - with 10 or more painters get a FREE a seat to a Public Class. 
  • $45 for each additional painter
  • Hosts can email invitations
  • Hosts can arrive 30 minutes prior to the party for setup.

Additional Adult Party Details:

  • Private Party Room - available 7 days a week (subject to artist availability). Friday & Saturday evenings ages 15 and up only. 
  • Minimum 8 guests
  • $76 non-refundable deposit (2 seats at $38 each) for a 2.5 hour party due at time of booking
  • $90 non-refundable deposit (2 seats at $45 each) for a 3.5 hour party due at time of booking
  • Main Studio - available 7 days a week (subject to artist availability) Friday & Saturday evenings ages 15 and up only.
  • Minimum 20 guests
  • $76 non-refundable deposit (2 seats at $38 each) for a 2.5 hour party due at time of booking
  • $90 non-refundable deposit (2 seats at $45 each) for a 3.5 hour party due at time of booking
  • Party packages listed are for 16x20, 12x12, 10x30 canvas, and Glass Art only. Other options are available for additional cost, please contact the studio.
  • No babies, toddlers, or kids in adult classes or parties. If you plan to have children in your party you must notify studio management at the time you request the party for approval.

Kids Only Package - $216.00 – Ages 5-12

  • 2 hour party (including 1.5 hours of painting and 30 minutes personal party time for cake, snacks, gifts, etc.)
  • Selection of a $27 painting. 16x20 canvas and all art supplies included.
  • Includes a minimum of 8 painters @ $27/painter and the 9th seat is FREE. One complimentary seat per party only.
  • $27 for each additional painter
  • Hosts can email invitations
  • Hosts can arrive 30 minutes prior to the party for setup.
  • Available 7 days a week (subject to artist availability). Kids parties are not allowed on Friday or Saturday evenings or anytime there is an adult BYOB class. 
  • Payment for party is due at time of booking.

Don’t have the minimum number of people to have a private party? No problem! 

Reserve your small group in one of our scheduled events and tell us "who" you want to sit with!

What's the Fine Print?

  • Black Friday or Cyber Monday gift certificates/cards are not valid to use as the deposit for private parties.
  • Complimentary Gift Certificates/Cards that were donated by PWAT for charity events or other are not valid for private party deposits or minimums.
  • Gift Certificates/Cards cannot be used to book a private party.

Do you offer Discounts?

Since we do not charge an additional fee to use the party rooms, we do not offer any additional discounts on booking private parties.

Can you bring the party to me?

  • Yes, we can bring the party to you! The cost per person is the same, however there is a non-refundable trip charge and there is a higher minimum reservation requirement than in studio. Please email the studio as the details for an offsite party are different than listed above.

How do I reserve my private party spot?
