We can’t wait to paint with you! Now that you have your very own Twist at Home kit, it’s time for you to pick which painting you want! Here is how it works: 1. Go to (https://www.paintingwithatwist.com/studio/tempe/diy-art-kits/) and pick the painting title you like 2.Contact our studio at studio111@paintingwithatwist.com and let us know the following: painting title of choice, your name, email address (to send your instructions), and your order number (found in your kit). 3. Instructions will be emailed within 24 hours of your request 4. Paint, twist, and have a blast! We love to see pictures of your finished masterpiece. Tag us @twisttempe on Instagram! Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

We understand that the current health and safety of the public may require last-minute cancellations for in-studio experiences. Please note, no persons may enter the studio if they feel ill, have a fever, or have been in contact with those known to have COVID-19. Masks are required to enter the studio. If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask for as much notice as possible. If you notify the studio 2 hours or less from the class start time, no credit will be issued. If you are canceling within 24 hours of the event, a store credit will be issued for future use. To receive a refund, we kindly ask for a 48 hour+ notice of cancellation. Please note, NO SHOWS without contact will not receive store credit or a refund. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class. Please call or text 602-758-7928. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled. Customers will be notified 2 hours in advance and refunds will be issued. AT HOME KITS/ONLINE SHOP CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the made-to-order nature of the "Twist at Home Kits" We are unable to refund or give store credit for the order once it has been processed, made, and ready for pick up. Please notify the studio immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
