Private Parties require a minimum of 10 people. We can accommodate up to 48 people in the large studio and 14 people in the smaller Private Party room. Private parties larger than 14 can be booked in the large studio when there is not a scheduled class. *We are currently operating at limited capacity to allow for proper social distancings between guests & artists. We can accomodated up to 26 in our Main Studio and 11 in our Private Party Room.*
You may select the picture you would like to paint from our library of over 3,500 paintings. You may view some of the painting options by browsing through our current calendar as well as the calendars of other Painting with a Twist locations. Once an event is booked, we can send you a link to view our gallery of paintings online.
2-Hour Parties are $37/person and 3-Hour Parties are $47/person, which is determined by the painting you select. We also offer Kid's Parties for $27/person!
Your Private Party date can be reserved with a credit card by calling the studio or via deposit link. Regular office hours are Tuesday - Friday, 2pm - 7pm.
Private Party cancellations with more than 48-hours notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours will result in a $150 cancellation fee. In the event a Private Party is cancelled, store credits will be issued to those who have already made a reservation.
Please feel free to bring in your favorite beverage to enjoy during class as well as food/snacks. We have tables for trays/platters, etc. We also provide paper plates, napkins, plasticware and cups.
