Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Please note our policy to cancel applies to individuals in all public and private events. COVID CANCELLATIONS POLICY: To all of our valued guests: We understand that you may need to cancel. Please email our studio at least 4 hours before your scheduled class at studio346@paintingwithatwist.com or text us at (631)846-8660 and we will issue a STORE CREDIT to you for the full amount you paid. There is NO EXPIRATION DATE for your STORE CREDIT. Should it become necessary for us to cancel a class due to COVID, we will contact you and you will receive a STORE CREDIT for the full amount of your reservation. We do not offer refunds. Late Arrivals may not get to participate and will not get credit for their class. For Twist at Home kits, Paint Your Pet and other Personalized Classes - NO Credit, NO Exceptions. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations can be made via phone/text or by leaving a voice mail when closed. If you notify the studio more than 72 hours from your reservation date, a full refund will be issued upon request. If you notify the studio 72 hours or less from your reservation date, you will have the option of a studio credit for the full amount paid or a refund with a 10% cancellation fee applied. If you notify the studio 24 hours or less from your reservation date a studio credit will be issued for your use towards a future class. If you notify the studio 6 hours or less from the class start time, no refund or credit will be issued. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled. Customers will be notified 12 hours in advance and refunds will be issued. Private Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in the Private Event Agreement signed by the host. Bad Weather: Class will be canceled if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class canceling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in case of questionable weather. During the Pandemic: If a class is cancelled due to city or government regulation shut down, all events will be moved to virtual events. You will be contacted with details.
