Can I stop by anytime and paint?

We hold classes at specific times and dates when guests can come in and paint. To join a class, please view our calendar, select a painting you like and register online. Pre-registration is required to attend our classes. We encourage online registration, however you can contact us by phone or stop by the studio to register.

Can my child paint with me?

Most of our classes are for ages 18+. We do offer Family Days for those under 18. We will indicate if the class is suitable for those under the age of 18. 

How many people do you need for a private party?

We require a minimum of 10 people for all parties.

What is your cancellation policy?

A refund or store credit will be issued for cancellations received at least 48 hours in advance. “No shows” with no notification or less than 24 hour notice of cancellation will not be issued store credit or refunds. We will give you a 24 hour notice if a public class is going to be cancelled for low enrollment. 

Bad weather: Class will be cancelled if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guest. Please call the studio at 585-321-5577 or go to our blog on our website for updates in the case of questionable weather. 

When does the new calendar come out?

We publish the calendar on the 1st of the prior month for the next month’s calendar.

What is the canvas size and the medium?

We paint with acrylic paints and use many different surfaces. We have a 16"x20", 10"x30", 12"x12", screen vs. fabric canvas as well as many different wooden cut out shapes. All shapes and sized are stated on the reservation page.

What kind of food and drinks can be brought in to the studio?

We allow beer, wine, soft drinks, food and snacks to enjoy during the class.
