"Hi Artist, I'm Kaidy! A little bit about me.. I’ve always had love for art, but it began from watching my Dad paint when I was a child. He inspired me to be the person and artist I am today! Whenever I work on my own art I always make a point to incorporate a bit of joy & fun, and I want you to feel that way too whenever you come to paint with me at our studio! Alongside being an Artist I'm just a goofy, carefree individual who loves to make people laugh! I really enjoy being able to help others smile, create and Inspire. I look forward to meeting you in the studio to let loose, create some memories & art, all the while being able to share my passion for art with you all!”

Angelina

Angelina

Born in Phoenix, Arizona moved to Dallas at the age of 21. At 10 was mentored by her art teacher first in watercolor, and at 12 began oil painting. At 19 studied at an Art Gallery in Scottsdale. Inspired by her grandfather an illustrator for the Boston store and uncle a portrait painter. A graduate from Bauder College with a degree in Fashion Design and a minor in Interior Design. Her professor from Ireland was incredibly talented and received a first place Award in Illustration. She moved to Paris, France for her graduate work in design and Fine Art at L’ecole de Beaux Art. Her art classes took place at Le Louvre studying the masters. He Art Professor moved her into the Master Life Drawing class. Later studied at the Scottsdale School of Art. Still with a desire to draw and paint she studied privately under Dick Ruhl, cartoonist for Disney. Later she landed a job designing model’s for high rise condo’s in Dallas and when it came to the artwork she couldn’t find exactly what she had in mind, so she began painting the art herself. Fate stepped in and Angelina found herself managing a furniture showroom, which ironically was housed in an Art Gallery in the Dallas Design District. Working the art shows, and learning the nuances of each artist gave her a unique perspective and so began her journey into the art world. At a point she realized painting was her path. “Painting is an inferential journey.”The desire to understand “Spirituality” and it’s transformational power motivates her work. The objective is for the viewers thoughts to unfold with the point of the artwork itself. I give it a title and the art enthusiasts interpret it thru their perspective and their thoughts take them where they need to go. As an artist the hope is to evoke emotions through the work as it strikes a chord. Angelina enjoys helping others learn to paint in a fun environment As a way to inspire and a way for others to relax from their busy day.

Kim G

Kim G

Kim is a PHR certified HR professional who decided about 5 years ago that painting was a lot more fun that dealing with HR related issues! She hung up her corporate job and opened her first Painting with a Twist studio in Richardson. In 2017, she acquired a second studio in Mansfield. She loves spending time with our guests, helping to make their Painting with a Twist experience extra special! While Kim is new to art (and sometimes limited in what she can teach! haha!) she has been known to teach a kids class or two and an occasional adult class. What she lacks in artistic talent, she makes up for in FUN! When not at the studio, Kim loves spending time with her husband, Michael, kids, grandkids, dogs and horses!
