Q: What are the prices for a class?
A: Two hour classes are offered for $38 and three hour classes for $48. Select Family Friendly classes offered for $28 at least once a week. We generally try to do them on the weekends.
Q: When do you post a new monthly schedule?
A: The calendar is posted by the 15th of every month.
Q: Will my painting be dry by the end of the night?
A: Yes, if there are a few damp places we will have hair dryers which will dry them quickly.
Q: At what time should I arrive for class?
A: Ten to Fifteen minutes would be plenty of lead time.
Q: Do you do reserved seating?
A: Yes, when making your reservation, please note in the seating who the party is under and we will sit you all together.
Q: Will you have wine openers and cups?
A: Yes, we supply wine openers and cups.
Q: Since it is around dinner, can we bring food?
A: Yes, feel free to bring in a snack.
Q: What do I wear?
A: Whatever is comfortable and you don't mind if a little paint gets on it. We will have aprons for you if you need them.
Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: We do require reservations with payment to secure seats and we require a 24 hour cancellation. No calls/no shows will not be issued store credit or refunds. If requesting refund a $5 service fee will be charged. You can get a gift certificate for the full amount to come back at a later date and time that does not expire.
Q: Do you do private parties?
A: Yes, we can accommodate up to 50 people in studio A and 26 people in studio B. See Party Info
Q: What size is the canvas?
A: We use a 16 x 20 inch canvas. We also offer 10x30 and other wooden options
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: All classes or parties after 6pm Mon-Fri and 4pm Sat-Sun must be 18 or older, or 16 and up with a parent or guardian. We recommend age 6 and older for Family Fun classes. For Kids Parties ages 6-12. Please note that it is the law that you have to be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refund or store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice with a service fee of $5. Store credits for the full amount only will be issued if within the 24 hr notice. "No shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. Take home kits can be exchanged for the the reservation as well. Q: How do I pay for my event?
A: We prefer you to register online ahead of time so we know you are coming. With Covid restrictions we are asking that you just don't walk in as seating is limited right now. If we do not have reservations on a class we will cancel it 24 hrs in advance. We will only take cash for the exact amounts. No change will be given. We also take Credit Cards in studio with a valid ID. No Checks please.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed. We must have 3 or more individuals on a class for it to make.
