Carla Keck
Carla is a lifetime member of the Knoxville community, who started her art career as a portrait sketch artist. Her love of art eventually included oil and acrylic painting, which she enjoys from her home studio. She also enjoys teaching others the art of painting at Painting With a Twist in Farragut, where she's been blessed to work with other amazing artists. "It feels great to watch the apprehension melt away, as someone realizes, 'Hey, I can do this', and to know that I had a hand in that".
Hayley R
Born and raised in Knoxville, Hayley has always loved art, particularly Painting and Photography. In high school, she studied Oil Painting at the Art Institute of Chicago. She then received her Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Tennessee, double majoring in Media Arts and Art History. She received multiple Media Art awards and showed her work at the Ewing Gallery and Three Flights Up. After graduating, she went on to get her Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Lincoln Memorial University. She is married to her husband Patrick and they have two dachshunds, Newton and Zooey, and a cat named Flubber.

Scott Brantley
Scott is one of our leading renegade artists at our studio! Scott won multiple awards over his many years with Painting with a Twist, including: The National Award for ‘Wicked Moonlight’ & ‘Cobblestone’, and the The National Art Contest for ‘Wicked Moonlight’. Scott is also a very successful website designer, photographer, and owns a recording studio - The Voice Tank. He has a blast entertaining party guests wherever he goes!
Sonia
Sonia Summers is a local professional artist. Sonia grow up in Knoxville. She painted murals and portraits with her father from a young age. Sonia graduating from UTK, specializing in Illustration and Writing. Sonia married and moved to her husband’s hometown of Birmingham, where she placed in competitions and art exhibitions and even completed public art projects with Vulcan Park and Museum (“Vulcans on Parade”). Since returning to Knoxville with her family, Sonia has won several sidewalk chalk competitions and can sometimes be seen around the local area painting en plein air. Sonia is an avid hiker and rock climber, and she loves to combine the outdoors and art in adventurous and educational ways. The two most recent of Sonia’s local sidewalk chalk awards are: 2020 1st Place Adult and People’s Choice Oak Ridge Street Painting Festival 2021 Dogwood Arts Chalk Your Walk People’s Choice Award
Zeke
Originally from New Orleans/NY, stage artist Zeke will entertain you as he teaches a painting from our Gallery! Zeke is a New Orleans Center for Creative Arts graduate with a BA in art – N.O.C.C.A. His specialties are Landscape Painting, Concept Artist, Graphic Design, Portraits, Comics, Stage Artist! He is also a musician & a magician!
