When can I have a party?
Any day and time of the week is a good time for a paint party!
What is the minimum?
Kid's (Ages 7-16) birthday parties have a minimum of 10 painters
All other parties have a minimum of 8 painters
Private parties for Friday and Saturday evenings may only be scheduled with PREPAYMENT by event host.
How do I reserve a spot for my party?
Just call us at 704-635-8352 or email your request to us at studio354@paintingwithatwist.com.
The party spokesperson/host will reserve the desired day & time with a nonrefundable deposit and private party agreement. This deposit is applied toward 3 seats in the party. Guests must pay in advance and may make arrangements to pay online or by phone. There is a 7 day cancellation notice. Hostess is responsible for the minimum payment due for the party within 48 hours of start of party regardless of number of reservations or attendance.
How much in advance do I need to schedule my party?
The sooner, the better! We have one party room and there are only 4-5 weekends every month. Get your reservations as soon as possible as we do fill up on weekends, especially around the holidays, so get to reserving!
How do I know which painting I can choose for my party?
Once your private party is booked an invitation to our online painting gallery is generated to view our painting selections.
