Why book a Painting Party?

  • Booking Minimums

    Non-peak Hours: 

    Sunday thru Thursday: Minimum of 10 people

    Friday & Saturday before 4pm (parties ending no later than 4pm):  Minimum of 6 people

     

    Peak Hours:  

    Friday & Saturday after 4pm: Minimum of 10 people.  Full payment of 10 people must be made at the time of booking. 

     

    VIP Table:

    Friday & Saturday, during regular class.  Minimum of 8 people.  Payment for 8 people must be made in advance.

  • You can choose your own 2- or 3-hour painting. The painting can be selected from our exclusive library.

  • The cost for a 2-hour private party is $38.00 (and up) per person and a 3-hour private party is $48.00 (and up) per person.  No discounts or promotions may be applied to a private party.

  • A private party requires a $100.00 deposit, that is ONLY REFUNDABLE the day of the party when the minimum of 10 or more guest have checked in and paid.  If the minimum is not met, it will be deducted from the deposit.

  • The instructor, paint, canvas, easels, brushes, aprons, clear plastic cups, and cork screws are provided by Painting with a Twist.
  • Everyone at the private party paints the same thing.  Only the paint colors specified for the chosen painting may be used for that session.  Any deviation from the standard palette is subject to a $75.00 fee.
  • Non-painting guests may attend for a fee of $25.00 per person. This fee is waived for parents attending kids’ parties.
  • Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages of choice.
  • We will begin painting at the time scheduled, so have your guests arrive at least 15 minutes before start time.
  • A party exceeding the end time is subject to a service charge of $175.00 and an additional $175.00 for each additional hour over party end time.  Party extensions are based on availability of space and management discretion.
  • Guests requesting to setup before their scheduled time are subject to a $30.00 fee, pending staff and space availability.
  • Deposits are refunded at the end of the party, once ALL terms have been met.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued due to cancellation.  If we are not given notice of cancellation within 7 days of the event, there will be a charge of $150.00 to the credit card in addition to the $100.00 deposit.
