Heather Wilson

I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and relocated to Killeen when I was four, and have been here ever since! Creating art has been a passion of mine since childhood, and I began painting around ten years old. I attended college locally at CTC, partaking in pastry arts classes and graduating with my Associates degree in 2010. I first came to Painting with a Twist as a customer, and quickly decided it was the place I wanted to be! I purchased the studio in 2020 with my husband Josh, and our lifelong friend Jesse. When I’m not in the studio, I’m hanging out with my husband and three kids (and seven pets!), playing video games or painting personal projects. Ashley Pope

Hi! I was born in Germany and soon after moved to the United States where I resided in Colorado, Alabama and of course Texas. I've always had a knack for the arts, whether it was drawing, painting or sculpting. Throughout school I took as many art classes as I could and eventually started an arts and crafts supply company soon after I graduated and I've been running it with my mom since. I have a passion for what I do and I'd love to share that passion with you in a class!

Kathy Grullon

I was born in Puerto Rico to a Dominican family and moved to Texas because of the military back in 2001. I’ve loved Texas ever since. I studied fine arts at The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, graduated in 2013, and developed an enthusiasm for painting. I spend my free time working on individual art projects and enhancing my artistic skills. PWAT gives me the amazing chance to experience art with others in an exciting way, and I’m always happy to pass down what I’ve had fun figuring out!

I was born and raised in Killeen, and I currently live here. I have two precious fur babies, my cats, Clark and Baby. Oh, and I have a pretty rad fish named MJ. If I'm not at Painting with a Twist, I am at my other job, or I'm chilling with my sister/best friend Daphne. I am a self taught artist, and every day I'm working on becoming the best version of myself that I can be. Art is everywhere and it takes so many forms, that's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about it. Art is a way of living, creativity is in our nature. Express yourself!
