Due to the nature of packaging and creating Twist at Home kits, NO refunds or credits can be given once the kit has been ordered. In your kit, you will receive your canvas (pre-sketched if painting requires,) brushes, 2 oz. of each paint color needed, disposable apron, paper plates, plastic re-usable cup and written instructions. Some Twist at Home paintings have an accompanying video which you will receive a link and password in your email confirmation after you purchase the kit.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 48 hours notice. "No shows" or customers without 48 hours notice of cancellation will NOT be issued store credit or refunds - no exceptions.
Please give us 7 days notice if you must cancel a private party. There will be a $150 fee if we are not given a minimum of 7 day notice. The deposit is non-refundable. The minimum 12 seats Sunday-Thursday and 15 seats if event is on Friday or Saturday. MUST be paid no later than 7 days prior to your party. If the minimum seats are not paid we will contact you to make the remaining payments. If we do not hear from you, or you choose not to pay for the remaining seats, we will open your party to the public. You will still receive VIP seating, however, your painting will be subject to change at the manager's discretion.
BAD WEATHER: If a weather emergency is declared due to poor weather conditions and the roads are unsafe to travel on, classes may be cancelled. In this case ONLY a non-expiring store credit will be issued. No refunds will be issued for acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, power outages etc. NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds will not be issued for guests who registered and live out of town. If you live out of town, you may use the store credit to purchase a Twist at Home kit equivalent to the price paid for the class or the credit can be transferred to another guest.
