Why book a Painting Party?

PUBLIC CLASSES

We have public classes throughout the week and weekend. These classes are listed on our event calendar and you pick which class you would like to attend. Weekday classes are age 13+. Weekend evening classes are age 18+. FAMILY classes are age 5+. 

You are always welcome to bring your party into a public class. We will seat you all together as long as you indicate it in the seating requests that you are a group. We are often celebrate birthdays and bachelorette parties in our public classes.

PRIVATE PARTIES!

All private parties require

  • At least 1 week notice
  • Guarantee of  8 paid reservation (Mon-Thu) or 10 paid reservations (Fri-Sun)
  • 3 person deposit
  • Art must be chosen 1 week prior to the event

We provide everything that we typically do for an public studio class. All standard rules apply.

Wine, beer, soft drinks, water and simple snacks are available for purchase. Everyone entering the studio will be carded. NO outside drink allowed, including travel mugs. Catered food and cake/cupcakes may be brought in for private parties only.

We can accommodate up to 12 people in our Private Party Room or 36 in our main studio (with a guarantee of 25 paid reservations).

Once your party is reserved, we will send you a link to our online library with over 12,000 paintings. With the prettiest art and the largest selection, we are positive you will find a painting you love.

The room is reserved for 3 hours. The artist will start at the scheduled time and teach/paint for 2 hours. Your guests will have 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the event to arrive and finish their paintings. Any time after that is billed at $50 per hour. 

A deposit of 3 seats is required to reserve your date and will be applied to the final cost of the party.

KIDS PARTY

Ages 5-17.

Minimum of 8 paid reservation (Mon-Thu) or 10 paid reservations (Fri-Sun) The organizer of the party is responsible for the minimum.

Price $29 per guest. Birthday child paints free as the 11 painter. Additional children are welcome at an additional $29 per child.

Wine, beer, soft drinks, water and simple snacks are available for purchase. Everyone entering the studio will be carded. NO outside drink allowed, including travel mugs. Catered food and cake/cupcakes may be brought in for private parties only.

A deposit of 3 seats is required to reserve your date and will be applied to the final cost of the party. In the event a Private Party is cancelled, store credits will be issued to those who have already made a reservation. If you cancel your event within 7 days prior, $100 will be charged. If you fail to cancel at least 48 hours prior, $290 will be charged.

Art must come from the children’s/family art section. Art must be chosen at least 1 week prior to the event.

The room is reserved for 2 1/2 hours. The artist will start at the scheduled time and teach/paint for 1 1/2 hours. Your guests will have 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the event to arrive and finish their paintings. Any time after that is billed at $50 per hour. 

At least 1 parent must be present at all times. The Host is responsible for the children, and any damages that might occur to the studio.

Parents may stay in studio for the party, but should not paint or sit at the table with the children. Please allow our artist space to work with the children.

ADULT PARTY

Any age. Kids are allowed at adult parties, but will be charged the full price.

Price $39 per guest. Organizer may pay for everyone or have guests pay individually. If guests are paying individually, a reservation must be made before the event either by booking online or making arrangements by calling the studio.

A deposit of 3 seats is required to reserve your date and will be applied to the final cost of the party. In the event a Private Party is cancelled, store credits will be issued to those who have already made a reservation. If you cancel your event within 7 days prior, $100 will be charged. If you fail to cancel at least 48 hours prior, $390 will be charged.

Art must be chosen at least 1 week prior to the event. Art selection is made online through our art library. The link to the library will be sent to the organizer once the party is reserved.
