Jana

Jana

Jana is a primarily self-taught local artist. After a break to further a secondary career in pastry and cake decorating, she is back to her lifelong passion in the field of fine art. Her art primarily focuses on fantasy themes while working in a variety of mixed media ranging from pencils, markers, inks, acrylics, watercolors, clay, and (on occasion) digital. She is inspired by and adores all things Jim Henson, Disney, cartoons and anime, comics and manga, nature, animals, fantasy, sci-fi, unicorns, tea and her corgi Gambit. Jana is currently working towards her goal of a full time career as a freelance commission artist alongside her much loved position as an instructor at Fort Walton Beach PWAT. If you are interested in custom sculptures or art or would like to show your support, you can find her work on Instagram @Kinokocha Twitter @Kinoko_cha Facebook https://www.facebook.com/Kinokocha/ Email Studio.Kinokocha@gmail.com

Jillian

Jillian

Jillian Barnhart is a native from Fort Walton Beach who has been expressing herself through art for over 15 years now. A self-taught local artist, Jillian enjoys working with multiple medias but focuses mainly on acrylic paint on canvas. She finds inspiration in nature and loves creating sunset landscapes with vibrant colors and trees! Her passion for art and painting caught fire while she spent two years in New Orleans, LA submerged in a city of creativity and wonder. After leaving New Orleans for an opportunity in Tampa, Jillian continued to nurture her desire to create and freelanced for friends and colleagues until she finally returned home to Fort Walton Beach. When she isn’t pouring herself into a work of art, she spends her time reading, spending time with family and friends, and taking her four-legged fur baby to the dog park.

Twista Krista

Twista Krista

Krista was born in Canada and began creating art when she could hold a crayon and was introduced to finger paints. When Krista finally tired of fending off grizzly bear attacks and arctic winds, she moved to the US and acquired a BA in Public Administration and a MA in Management and Leadership. Still her love of art never left her side and she always found herself drawn to projects that involved artistic flair. As an adult, Krista has mastered all 120 crayons, making sand angels, the ancient art of finger painting, freelance acrylics, sculptures and murals. When Krista isn't being artsy, she is easily manipulated by peanut butter, poutine (her favorite Canadian dish) and her two spunky teenage girls. Her second love is training, and she is a nationally qualified NPC figure competitor, sprinting coach and personal trainer. If she isn’t at work or the gym, you can usually find her hanging out at one of the beautiful beaches in the area. Krista has happily joined the Painting with a Twist family to show everyone that art is about having fun and creating long-lasting memories.

Marley

Marley

Aspires to be an instructor one day but has non-opposeable thumbs and can't hold a paint brush. So for now, he will stick to being the official greeter for PWAT FWB!
