CANCELLATION POLICY: UPDATE AS OF JANUARY 2022 REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY * Due to the increase in COVID cases we will not be issuing any refunds for cancelations due to testing positive or exposure to a COVID positive person. We will issue FULL STORE CREDIT good for ONE YEAR at our studio. Please give our local, small business much notice as possible for cancels or reschedules. *More than 24 hours* before class a refund or Denver-Lakewood studio credit will be issued for cancellations. *Less than 24 hours* before the class a Denver-Lakewood studio credit will be given for cancellations - NO EXCEPTIONS. No shows will not receive a refund or store credit - NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are feeling unwell or think you have been exposed to ANY illness we will happily give you a studio credit if you notify us. Saying "COVID" does not change our policy. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled by our office. Customers will be notified in advance and credits will be issued.
