Private Parties can be scheduled on any day of the week.
You must have a minimum of 12 people in your group in order to schedule a private party.
The maximum number of guests is 48 in our main studio and 20 in our private party room. For large groups over 48 people, ask about our offsite events.
You get to choose the painting that your group will be painting. We have over 5000 that you may choose from!
After booking we will send you a link that will open up our entire Gallery of Art to you!
When hosting a bridal event with us THE BRIDE PAINTS FREE if there are 12 other people attending the party!!
You can request your favorite artist and we will do our absolute best to make sure that they teach or assist at your event!
You may arrive 30 minutes early for your event to set up and visit with your friends. If you need additional time or special accommodations, let us know and we can help you.
The cost for a two hour private party is $40.00 per person, and a three hour painting is $50.00 per person. We can also do a 2 hour painting at $40 per person with a $75 fee for an extra hour if you need additional time for food and celebration. We can make your party available on our calendar so that your guests may register and pay ahead of time. Just ask and we will get you set up!
We require a non-refundable prepayment of 3 spots at either $40 or $50 to book a Private Event at the time of booking.
We have a 7 day cancellation policy to get store credit.
We require payment in full 7 days prior to the event. If the 12 person minimum is not met and paid in full by this time, the class will automatically open to the public. You can still have your party, but the public will be able to attend as well. If the event would be public, the price per person may go up, and you would not be allowed to BYOB.
You are more than welcome to bring any beverages and/or snacks. We supply cork screws, cups, napkins, plates, and all of your painting materials.
We DO NOT provide alcohol for private parties, however, you are welcome to bring your own.
Think you will have a hard time getting 12 friends to commit? Ask about partying with a regular class and receive VIP treatment! Only 5 prepaid spots required.
