Book a Painting Party

Party Info

We offer several options for you to choose from for your event.

1.   Open class VIP Party = Open to the Public

2.   Private Party reserves a VIP Party room and is NOT Open to the Public

A Weekday Open Class VIP party allows you to bring your favorite friends or guests but not have to worry about getting a large number of guests or put up a deposit as you would for a private party  To hold a VIP Open Class for your get-together, you simply pay for 5 people in advance (within 48 hrs. of requesting a time slot) then you and your group pick the painting for the class (within 24 hrs.) and have the best seat in the house which will be  reserved as your own VIP table. The class is still open to the public but you are the VIP’s of this class!!! You can book an Open VIP party Sun-Thurs Noon-7pm. 

A Weekend Open Class VIP party must have 10 or more people signed up in advance (within 48 hrs. of requesting a time slot). Once your guests are signed up, you get to pick the painting and have the best seats in the house and they will be reserved as VIP Tables. If you are unable to get the minimum of 6 painters signed up in advance (within 48 hrs. of requesting a time slot). We reserve the right to change the painting if we feel it will not appeal to others, but you can still have a VIP table for you and your guests and you will still have an amazing time together. This class is still open to the public but you are the VIPS of this class!!! You can book an Open VIP party Fri-Sat Noon-8pm.

 A VIP Private Party allows you to reserve a private room and select the painting, this event will not be open to the public. A VIP Private Party requires a valid credit card number to hold the reservation and a deposit of $25. This deposit is nonrefundable ONLY if your party is cancelled or if the required number or guests are not signed up in advance to attend as agreed. To book this type of party all of your guests must be completely signed up 7-10 days before the event. 

What are the benefits of a Private Party?

• You pick the painting from our library of over 10,000 paintings.
• You pick the date and time.
• You'll have the class to yourself, and a fabulous instructor who will provide you step by step instructions.
• You have the room for 30 minutes before the class to decorate, mingle, and celebrate. If you require additional time to be in the room we will request an additional $50.00 dollar space rental for additional time. 
• Prices are the same as regular classes. $40 per person for a 2 hour class and $45 for 3 hour classes.

Additional Information for Kid Parties

Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids love painting here and they also love our dance breaks! Plus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up at a later date. 

Kid parties are available any day or evening of the week, except Friday & Saturday nights.

Typical Kids Parties include 1.5 or 2 hour art with time for breaks, cupcakes and presents.
