Dear Twisters, This message contains important information regarding our March events. Please read in its entirety. We kindly ask everyone to help us help you and work together as we try to navigate this global challenge of reducing the spread of COVID-19. Without the support of our community, family-owned businesses such as ours will not survive and we ask for your understanding and cooperation during this hard time. The safety of our team and guests has led us to make the very difficult decision to close the studio for the remainder of the month. Please check your email for notification regarding any March event for which you are registered. The events will be rescheduled for April and if you cannot make the date, please let us know and we will issue you a store credit. We want to thank those of you who have reached out to us with kindness and concern. We truly love the work we do and like many small businesses, your support is what will get us through this crisis. We are grateful to all of our guests who are understanding that we are doing the best we can to survive the next few weeks. Our company was founded in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina as a way to bring back joy in people’s lives. We know first-hand what it means to be faced with an insurmountable challenge, but we have also learned that the fastest way back to normalcy is when a community comes together in shared responsibility and cooperation. Together, we will emerge from this challenge soon and will meet again to celebrate life.
