Why book a private party?

 How much does it cost?

      Child paintings are $27 per painter, with a minimum of 12 painters. There are no other fees.

      Adult 2 hour paintings are $37-55 per painter, depending on which of our surfaces you'd like to paint. There are no other fees.

      Adult 3 hour paintings are $45-55 per painter. There are no other fees.

What kind of parties can we come for?

  1. Birthday parties (Adults and *Kids 7 & and older) *Please call us to discuss parties for younger children!

  4. Baby showers
  5. Church groups
  6. Office parties
  7. Graduation parties
  8. Organization parties (Red Hat, Junior League, Girl Scouts, etc)

  10. Girl's Night Out
  11. Absolutely any reason to get together with your friends / co-workers / neighbors! 

When can I have a party?

7 days of the week & you name the time! (subject to artist availability) 
Sundays - Wednesdays, private parties can be booked for 12 or more guests OR you may choose the painting for an OPEN class with only a 5 person minimum. There's a little bit of fine print here, but we'd love to discuss your options with you!
Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays we host private parties for 15 painters.

Do you offer any discounts on large parties?

In general, we don't. The advantages to the private parties at no additional cost are in the 1st question... We feel we offer an amazing service for the price we charge!

What happens if I have to cancel my party or someone pays but can't come?

All refunds for individual payments are made via store credit, which has no expiration date. If a person or party is a no-show, no refunds will be given. 

Child Parties

Kid parties are super popular at Painting with a Twist! The birthday boy or girl must be turning seven through fourteen in order to receive the discounted rate.

Cost: $300 for a party of 12 or fewer painters. Of course more can join the fun for just $25/ painter. This includes our private room & dedicated instructor/hostess, all art supplies, aprons to wear while painting, instruction, set-up and clean-up!

Advantages:

  • No set up (you can bring any decorations you'd like, but our studio is pretty festive already & not much is needed, if anything)

  • No clean up (you don't have to clean your house before OR after!)

  • Plenty of child-friendly paintings to choose from (done on the adult sized canvas!)

  • Step by step instruction

  • Time for cake eating, present opening, etc....the entire party can be held here!

  • We gather all of the children together on the stage at the end of the party for group pictures - GREAT momentos!

  • Each participant will leave with their own painting - no need for goody bags!

  • You bring in whatever cake / cupcakes / drinks you'd like. The most popular choices these days are cupcakes (no cutting, boxing up left-overs, etc) and juice boxes!

  • Kids parties can be held Sunday-Thursday anytime ending by 11:00pm and Friday-Saturday ending by 6:00pm
