Q: What are the prices for a class?
A: Two hour classes are offered for $37 - $40 and select Family Friendly classes offered for $30 - $37.
Q: When do you post a new monthly schedule?
A: The calendar is posted on the 1st of every month.
Q: Will my painting be dry by the end of the night?
A: Yes, if there are a few damp places we will have hair dryers which will dry them quickly.
Q: At what time should I arrive for class?
A: Ten to fifteen minutes would be plenty of lead time.
Q: Do you do reserved seating?
A: Yes
Q: Will you have wine openers and cups?
A: Yes, we supply wine openers and cups.
Q: Since it is around dinner, can we bring food?
A: Yes, feel free to bring in a snack.
Q: What do I wear?
A: What ever is comfortable and you don't mind if a little paint gets on it. We will have aprons for you if you need them.
Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: We do require reservations with payment to secure seats and we require a 24 hour cancellation. No calls/no shows will not be issued store credit or refunds even if it is due to Covid. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class.
Q: Do you do private parties?
A: Yes, we can accommodate up to 26 people in our private party room, we also have an option for our larger room with the minimum of 27 and a mazimum of 40. Q: What size is the canvas?
A: We use a 16 x 20 or 10 x 30 inch canvas.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: 21+ unless otherwise noted as "All Ages". Guests must be at least 21 years old with proper photo ID to consume alcohol. Due to local laws we are required to carry a liquor license as a "bar" for BYOB. Guests under 21 are welcome for "All Ages" classes. Minimum age to paint at our studio is 7.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refund or store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. "No shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds this includes covid related issues. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.
