Dear Twisters, Over the past few months, we’ve missed seeing your faces and interacting with you in person as in “pre-pandemic” times. The only thing that kept us going was knowing it was all in the name of your safety and health, and that we would eventually see you again to provide our much-needed carefree escape. Now, the waiting period is coming to a close. With approval from the Governor DeWine and the adoption of many new health and safety procedures, we are excited to announce we are planning to safely reopen for business on June 5th. We also want you to know all the steps we are taking to provide a safe environment. Rest assured, we are working closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and following guidelines from state and local health authorities. We’ve implemented new measures to keep everyone safe, such as increased cleaning scope to sanitize all high-frequency touchpoints, required team members to wear masks, encouraging guests to wear masks, ensuring all hand sanitizing stations are frequently filled, social distancing rules, UV Light sanitation and more. While these new measures will be an adjustment, our commitment to providing you with the best experience possible has remained the same. We look forward to welcoming you back into our studio on June 5th. Our studio opening includes: small in-studio events, Twist at Home curbside pick-up, and virtual events to meet all of our guests needs.
